5. Upon written notification by IMC of the acceptance of the offer made by the Customer to purchase items on display on this website, the Customer is bound to pay IMC in accordance with the existing trading terms between IMC and the Customer.

REFUNDS

5. The refund of items purchased using this website is subject to the existing trading terms between IMC and the Customer.

6. The liability of IMC for items displayed on this website and sold to Customers is subject to the existing trading terms between IMC and the Customer and limited to the replacement of items or the supply of similar items.
